PARTS RETURN POLICY
Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty will be made without it.

TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS: We try hard not to have any returns by getting you the right part the first time, but it can happen. If it does, we want you to know our policy. No returns or credit for parts or warranty claims without an ORIGINAL invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If a part is found to be defective within 100 days from the date of purchase, or within the time frame of a purchased extended warranty, Gary's Auto Parts Inc. will replace the part at no charge or refund your payment at our discretion. If part is unavailable within a reasonable period of time, the total price will be refunded. Electrical or new parts may be exchanged only. Shipping charges are not refundable under certain terms and conditions. If a part must be returned because it wasn't need or because some other reason occurred that has nothing to do with the parts ability to meet the customers original needs as stated on the invoice, a 25% restock fee will be assessed. No returns on "CUT OFF" parts or GLASS of any kind.

Any part that is special ordered from another source cannot be returned for any reason other than being wrong or defective and any deposit will be forfeited. Special ordered parts carry the warranty of the original supplier. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all parts ordered.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  1. All standard (manual) and auto transmissions carry a 100-day, no labor warranty. For warranty to be valid on transmissions, the fluid, filter and seals must be replaces at the time of installation. Extended warranty is available at and additional cost.
  2. Warranty is void if parts are used for racing purposes or in connection therewith in any way whatsoever or if used in taxi cab or truck over 1 ton capacity or commercial vehicles.
  3. All engines are warranted against excessive use of oil, excessive smoking, cracked block or heads, bad cam or crankshaft. Warranty is void if heat tabs are melted or removed. Warranty is void if parts are improperly installed or if engines are overheated or run low on oil. All gaskets should be inspected and replaced at the time of installation . They are not covered under the warranty. Oil leaks are not warranted. For the warranty to be valid on engines, the oil and filter must be changed at installation and every 3,000 miles thereafter. You must provide for a new tune up upon installation of motor. or claims, documentation must be available. Extended warranty is available at an additional charge. The throttle body, coil, distributor, water pump, flywheel or any other external accessory of a Gar's Auto Parts engine is left on for convenience only and does not carry any warranty
  4. Cylinder heads are warranted against cracks and warpage only. Warranty is void if overheated. No labor allowance.
  5. We (Gary's) reserve the right to designate where the vehicle is to be repaired under warranty. Gary's must be notified before any warranty work is performed. A sales receipt must accompany all warranty work.
  6. Warranty claims shall not exceed original purchase price. All implied warranties are limited to the terms of the limited warranty. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty. Gary's does not pay for towing, rental cars, loss of use, lodging, or inconvenience. No labor costs are covered under this warranty, unless a labor warranty was purchased, in which case, labor will be paid up to the labor warranty limit.
  7. On extended warranty Gary's Auto Parts Inc. must be notified before any warranty work is performed. Gary's Auto Parts Inc. reserves the right to designate where the vehicle is to be repaired under warranty. All warranty work must be accompanied by original invoice and any related receipts. Labor will be pain up to the labor warranty allowance. Warranty is from date of purchase and is not transferable.
